How long does my order take to ship?

Most items are made to order. Please expect 2-3 weeks turn around unless otherwise stated. (Those items in stock will ship sooner.)

What is your return policy? 

Since every piece is handcrafted, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve it.

Can I return or exchange a custom or commissioned piece?

Custom commissions are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if there’s an issue with craftsmanship or damage during shipping, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged? 

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 (before tax and after discounts). The free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout if your order qualifies.

Please note: Custom commission pieces are excluded from this offer due to their unique packaging and shipping requirements.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes. Please contact us for shipping rates.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? 

Yes, we can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. If your order is large or oversized, we may reach out to confirm shipping options.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We use real-time USPS rates to ensure you’re getting the most accurate pricing.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.
