Oxcart Dreams is a small artisan business specializing in handcrafted copper and steel pieces for the home and garden. Every item is made by hand using traditional techniques, and each piece reflects the care and craftsmanship that goes into our work.

2. Product Information

Because our work is handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly alike. Natural variations in color, texture, and finish should be expected and are part of what makes each piece unique. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, dimensions, and photographs of all products, but minor differences may occur between the item pictured and the one you receive. Commissioned pieces are custom-made and may require additional production time depending on the nature of the request.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Squarespace’s payment system using supported providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Commission orders may require final approval before production begins.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the items in your order. We currently ship within the United States, and all orders are sent via USPS, UPS, or a comparable carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available. Commissioned pieces may have different shipping timelines, which will be clearly communicated during the process.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Because our work is handcrafted and often made to order, we are unable to accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Commissioned pieces are non-refundable once production has begun, unless there is a confirmed issue with the craftsmanship.

6. Commissions

Custom commission requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Once the design is finalized and the quote is approved, materials will be ordered and production will begin. Cancellations are only accepted before materials are purchased. Before shipment, customers will receive photos of the completed piece to ensure satisfaction and confirm final approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product designs, photography, written descriptions, and logos—is the property of Oxcart Dreams and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website is used solely to process and fulfill your order. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.
